The Mission
The Mission of Global Learn Day is three fold:
- To cause, worldwide, a celebration of learning - The "Earth Day" of Education
- To increase and accelerate affordable access to education, worldwide
- To serve as a stage and large audience builder for the Socrates Academy and the awards of the Socrates Prize
Call for Papers and Presenters
In association with The International Association of Distance Educators, the Benjamin Franklin Institute is soliciting proposals from presenters for Global Learn Day VII.
Proposals are invited from all interested individuals, organizations, institutions, and government agency from all parts of the world are invited to make presentations.
Topics are:
- Innovations in distance education
- practical solutions for distance education
- critical projects associated with distance education efforts
- examples of practical applications that provide affordable access to education
To submit a proposal, download the Call for Papers and follow the steps described.
