FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What exactly do you sell?

We sell consulting services that assist those who wish to provide audio and "power point" slides over the Internet.

Who is likely to buy these services?

Anyone who holds a physical event and wishes to broaden their audience by streaming their speeches, conferences or workshops over the Net.

Anyone who wishes to provide training workshops over the Net.

Anyone who wishes to provide periodic sales seminars over the Net.

Anyone who wishes to hold a virtual event.

Do you sell technology?

No.

Our business is to use the most affordable and most effective technology provided by others. We know all the players. And we know what works and what doesn't.

How about video?

We are opposed to use of video in real time over the Internet. Therefore, only in the rarest occasions do we support this idea. However, if you are interested in converting VCR tapes for upload and viewing on demand, we can help.

I need it to be SIMPLE. Can you help?

YES.

Our first and most important rule is KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid. Believe it or not, the backbone of our services rests on use of the telephone. We "marry" the telephone with Internet technology platforms so listeners can choose to hear the audio over the Net or over the telephone. Then, we offer a variety of SIMPLE services which allow the visuals to be shown effectively and affordably.

What about archiving?

YES.

We can archive the audio and the slides. And, we can convert the audio into text, both in real time and for any text archives.

How much do you charge?

The first 90 minutes of consulting is free. After that we charge $175 per hour. Normally, we can provide all you need for a two hour event for about $500. Once set up, we can normally provide "back office" support for Internet training for about $125 per each session hour.

Who do I contact?

Call John Hibbs in Eugene at +1 (541) 343 9389. Or write to him.

How do I know you are any good?

Annually, we hold the largest, most complicated virtual event in the world - a 24 hour non stop event which opens in the South Pacific and travels west through all 24 time zones. At each stop we showcase those doing exceptional work in distance education and Internet technology. That event brings to us the information and contacts we use to help you in your Internet communication needs. Nobody else, anywhere, has as much information and application background as we do. Nobody.
